Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Please note that during holidays such as New Year and Golden Week, shipping will be processed sequentially from the following business day. *Business days are weekdays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and New Year holidays.
Shipping Fees (Domestic)
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total amount of the order (after coupons and discounts):
・Order total up to 1,000 JPY: Honshu/Shikoku/Kyushu 500 JPY | Hokkaido/Okinawa 1,000 JPY | Remote Islands 1,500 JPY
・Order total 1,001 to 9,999 JPY: Honshu/Shikoku/Kyushu FREE | Hokkaido/Okinawa 500 JPY | Remote Islands 1,000 JPY
・Order total 10,000 JPY or more: FREE for all regions *Fees are automatically calculated based on the shipping address and amount.
International Shipping
Shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service).
・Shipping Fee: Flat rate of 3,000 JPY (※Flat rate of 7,000 JPY for shipments to the United States)
・Free Shipping Offer: Free shipping on orders with a subtotal of 20,000 JPY or more (including tax).
[Please Note] For shipments to the United States, a flat rate shipping fee of 7,000 JPY applies regardless of the purchase amount (this destination is excluded from the free shipping offer).

・Estimated Delivery Time: Approximately 6–10 business days (may vary depending on the region and customs clearance).

・Delivery to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands may take about one week after dispatch.
・Please understand that delays may occur due to traffic or weather conditions.
・In the rare event that your order does not arrive within 3 weeks of payment, please contact us with your Order Number.
・We reserve the right to limit or cancel future orders in the event of unreasonable refusal of receipt.
In Case of Absence
If you are unavailable, the carrier will leave a re-delivery notice.
Items not collected within 7 days will be returned to us. In such cases, customers will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
