 How to Order

Ordering is completed in 8 steps:

STEP 1) Enter the quantity of desired items and click "Add to Cart."

STEP 2) Confirm items in your cart and click "Proceed to Checkout."

STEP 3) Follow the on-screen instructions to enter necessary information and click "Select Shipping Method."

STEP 4) Review the details and click "Proceed to Payment."

STEP 5) Select your payment method. If using a card, enter your information.

STEP 6) Final confirmation of details, then click "Place Order."

STEP 7) You will receive an automatic "Order Completion Email." Please be sure to confirm its contents.
※For convenience store payment and bank transfer, shipment will be made after payment is confirmed.

STEP 8) After payment is completed, items will usually be shipped within 3 business days.
Please wait for the "Shipping Completion Email."


 Payment Methods

You can choose from the following payment methods: credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paidy* (postpaid), convenience store payment* (prepaid), and bank transfer* (prepaid).

*Paidy, convenience store payments, and bank transfers are not available for recurring purchases.
*Fees for Paidy, convenience store payments (190 yen flat rate), and bank transfers are to be borne by the customer.

[Regarding Credit Card Payments]

・Please be assured that your card number is encrypted and transmitted via the SSL system.

・Payment is only available in a single installment.

・Cards belonging to anyone other than the cardholder cannot be used.

・Our card payment system does not issue credit card transaction receipts.
Please check your statement sent by the card company.

※If your entered credit card cannot be used for any reason, the payment will not be completed. Please use another credit card or select a payment method other than credit card.


[Regarding Convenience Store Payments and Bank Transfers (Prepaid)]

On the purchase procedure screen, select convenience store payment and click the "Pay Now" button to proceed to the convenience store selection screen.
After selecting a convenience store, click the "Pay" button to complete your order.

・Lawson, FamilyMart, Daily Yamazaki, Ministop, and Seicomart are available.

・Payment deadline: 7 days for convenience store payments, 10 days for bank transfers.

If payment is not confirmed within the deadline, we may contact you by phone.

※Convenience store payments are not available for recurring purchases.
※Fees (a flat rate of 190 yen) are to be borne by the customer.


[Regarding Bank Transfers]

On the purchase procedure screen, select bank transfer and click the "Complete Order" button to complete your order.
After confirming your order, we will send you an email with the bank transfer details.

The payment deadline is 10 days after your order date.
Please note that if payment is not made within the deadline, a representative may contact you by phone.

・After confirming your deposit into the specified account, we will ship the items within 3 business days.

※Bank transfers are not available for recurring purchases.
※Bank transfer fees are to be borne by the customer.

[Regarding Delivery Date Specification]

The specified delivery date varies depending on the delivery region.
Please check on the cart screen.
If you wish for the fastest delivery, please place your order without specifying a date and time.

※Deliveries to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands may take approximately one week after shipment.

 

[Important Notes Regarding Delivery]

If holidays such as New Year's or Golden Week intervene, shipments will be made sequentially starting from the next business day.
Deliveries to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands may take approximately one week from the shipping date.
Please note that arrival may be delayed due to traffic conditions or weather.

 

[Regarding Shipping Issues]

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive within 3 weeks, please confirm your order number and contact us.
While we take all possible measures for inventory and product management, products may be out of stock due to reasons such as defective items. Please be forewarned.
※If receipt is refused, or if we deem it necessary for other reasons, we may restrict or cancel your usage, or refuse future orders.

[International Shipping Rates]

 Shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service).

・Shipping Fee: Flat rate of 3,000 JPY (※Flat rate of 7,000 JPY for shipments to the United States)

・Free Shipping Offer: Free shipping on orders with a subtotal of 20,000 JPY or more (including tax).

[Please Note] For shipments to the United States, a flat rate shipping fee of 7,000 JPY applies regardless of the purchase amount (this destination is excluded from the free shipping offer).

※The total amount is determined based on the subtotal per individual order.

・Estimated Delivery Time: Approximately 6–10 business days (may vary depending on the region and customs clearance).


 Returns and Exchanges

For product returns or exchanges, please contact us by email or phone within 8 days of arrival (limited to unopened and unused items).

・For customer convenience: Shipping fees will be borne by the customer.

・For reasons attributable to us (e.g., defective products): Shipping fees will be borne by us.
※We cannot accommodate items that have passed 9 days after arrival or items that have been opened.
