how to order

STEP 1) Enter the quantity of the item you wish to purchase and press the "Add to Cart" button.

STEP 2) After checking the items in your shopping cart, press the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

STEP 3) You will be redirected to the "Specify delivery address" screen, where you should enter the required information following the instructions on the screen and press the "Select delivery method" button.

STEP 4) "Standard shipping" is already checked on the "Shipping method screen," so press the "Proceed to payment" button.

STEP 5) Check the box for your preferred payment method. If you are paying by credit card, please enter your card information.

STEP 6) Press the "Pay now" or "Complete order" button, confirm your order details, and then press the "Place order" button.

STEP 7) You will receive an email notifying you that your order has been completed, so please be sure to check the "Order details," "Order acceptance number," and "Payment amount."

*If you pay at a convenience store or bank transfer, your item will be shipped after we confirm your payment.
*If you pay by bank transfer, we will send you a separate email with the bank details.

STEP 8) Normally, we will ship your order within one business day after payment is completed. Once the product has been shipped, you will receive a "Product Shipping Notification" to your registered email address, and it will be delivered to your specified address within a few days.

Payment Method

Payment methods available are credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paidy* (post-payment), convenience store payment* (pre-payment), and bank transfer* (pre-payment).
*Paidy, convenience store payment, and bank transfer cannot be used for regular purchases.
* Customers are responsible for fees for Paidy, convenience store payment (flat rate of 190 yen), and bank transfer.

[Regarding credit card payments]
Please enter the required information on the checkout screen. Please rest assured that all data entered will be encrypted and transmitted.
We accept VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS and JCB cards.
・We use a system called SSL for card payments. Your card number will be encrypted before being transmitted, so please rest assured.
・Our card payment system does not issue credit card usage receipts.
・Payment will be made in one lump sum.
・Please check the statement sent to you by your card company.
*Depending on your usage status, etc., you may be required to change to another payment method.
*If the credit card you entered cannot be used for any reason, the payment will not be completed. Please use a different credit card or choose a payment method other than credit card.
*You cannot use a credit card in a name other than your own.

[About convenience store payments]
On the checkout screen, select convenience store payment and click the "Pay now" button. You will then be taken to a screen where you can select the convenience store you wish to use. After selecting the convenience store, click the payment button to complete your order.
・Lawson, Family Mart, Daily Yamazaki, Mini Stop, and Seico Mart are available.
・The payment deadline is 7 days after the order. If payment is not received within the deadline, we may contact you by phone. Thank you for your understanding.
・We will ship the item within 1 business day after confirming your payment.
*Convenience store payment is not available for regular purchases.
*The customer will be responsible for the handling fee (flat rate of 190 yen).

[Regarding bank transfers]
On the purchase procedure screen, select bank transfer and click the "Complete Order" button to complete your order. After we confirm your order, we will send you an email with the bank details.
・The payment deadline is 10 days after the order. If payment is not received within the deadline, we may contact you by phone. Thank you for your understanding.
・Once payment has been confirmed to the account listed, the product will be shipped within 1 business day.
*Bank transfers are not available for subscription purchases.
*Transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Regarding delivery

【home delivery】
Delivery will be delivered by Sagawa Express.
*If the recipient is not available to receive the item and it is returned to us, the order may be cancelled. If you receive a delivery slip, please contact the delivery company immediately.

[About specifying delivery date]
Delivery date and time can be specified from 3 days after the shipping date.
Normally, we will ship within 1 business day after payment is completed. If you want the fastest delivery, please place your order without specifying a date and time.
However, if the order falls on a holiday such as New Year's Day or Golden Week, it will be shipped on the next business day or later.
For deliveries to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands, it may take approximately one week from the shipping date.
*Please note that arrival may be delayed due to traffic conditions, weather, etc.
*If you do not receive your item within 3 weeks of placing your order and making your payment, there may be a delivery accident. In that case, please contact us after checking the "order number" written in the order completion email. In addition, although we do our best to manage our inventory and products, there may be cases where the item is out of stock due to defective products or other reasons. Please be aware of this in advance.
*If you refuse to accept the product, or if we deem it necessary, we may restrict or cancel your use, or refuse to accept future orders.



about shipping cost

Shipping is free for Honshu, Shikoku, and Kyushu.
Shipping costs are 500 yen for Hokkaido and Okinawa, and 1,000 yen for remote islands.

Returns Policy

Please contact us within 8 days for product returns or exchanges (only applies to unopened and unused items).
In the case of returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If the cause is due to our company, such as a defective product or discrepancy in content, we will cover the shipping costs.
*Please be sure to contact us by email or phone before returning the item.

Please note that we cannot accommodate the following cases:
・If more than 9 days have passed since the product arrived. ・If the product has been opened. ・If the product is returned without contacting us. ・If we determine that we cannot handle the situation.
