What is the new normal for Cinderella Time?

What time do you all go to bed at night?

As you know, getting plenty of quality sleep leads to beautiful skin.

In the past, the time from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. was said to be the golden time for skin, and many people made an effort to go to bed at 10 p.m. if possible.

But that's a story from before.

Modern Cinderella time is said to be the first half of sleep.

(Some theories state that this occurs during the first 90 minutes of sleep, others during the first 3 hours.)

During this first half of the day, hormones necessary for the skin, such as growth hormones and female hormones, are secreted.

It is important to get enough sleep, but more importantly, try to focus on making the first half of your sleep time high quality.

The criteria for quality sleep are:

Fall asleep quickly

I feel like I had a deep, sound sleep.

Wake up feeling refreshed

How about that?

There's no point in forcing yourself to sleep from 10pm to 2am if it takes a long time for you to fall asleep or if your sleep is shallow...

Take care to get good quality sleep

●Finish eating at least 4 hours before going to bed.

*If you go to sleep with food in your internal organs, your body's energy will be used for digestion while you sleep, which will slow down your skin's metabolic rate.

● Take a long, warm bath to warm up your whole body.

*The parasympathetic nervous system becomes dominant, making it easier to fall asleep. Be careful, though, as a hot bath can have the opposite effect.

●Don't watch TV or use your smartphone one hour before going to bed.

*Blue light is said to reduce the quality of sleep.

For the sake of your skin, try to relax before you go to sleep.
